360 degrees team of business analyst, process consultants, solution architects and technology architects aims at bridging the gap between, a customer who understands his business well but finds it difficult in converting his business requirement to well defined IT requirement, and typical IT companies who are good at developing software from a well defined and documented IT requirement but unable to see through the business benefits as desired by the customer.

Our engagements are structured around the following 3 areas of operation:

Program Management

Our team of Program managers and project managers are equipped to manage the engagement by setting up processes that will ensure engagement success. The process coverage spans across internal processes within our own organization as well as our network partners. We are already seeing the results of our unique model in our current engagement and are sure to be able to institutionalize this as an industry practice. The checkpoints that we have designed for every stage of the execution are designed towards progressive de-risking through the lifecycle of the project and ensuring customer confidence through the engagement.

Solution Definition

Our Solution Architects and Business Analysts will work closely with the customer team to understand the requirements from the perspective of business objectives, functional requirements and technology implications. The team defines the solution architecture and the functional architecture for the engagement. We do this through effective use of models and guidelines that ensure consistency and predictability. Each of these models is designed keeping in view the following dimensions:

  • Adherence to the customer’s business language so that we can elicit the requirements to the maximum level of detail. This will ensure minimal implicit requirements and hence a smoother implementation cycle
  • Analysis of these requirements to ensure effective translation of the requirements into technology objectives, drivers and requirements for the technology architecture team
  • Review of the artefacts generated by our network partners to ensure compliance with the business objectives, technology objectives and functional requirements

Technology Architecture

Our team of technical architects from the Technology Architecture team works closely with the Program Management team as well the Solution Architecture team to deliver on the technology aspects of the engagement. The highlights of this team include:

  • Being able to focus on the delivery aspects of the engagement through associating with the Program Management team
  • Delivering on the customer objectives through the models defined by the Solution Architecture team
  • Delivering on the Technology aspects through creating artefacts that clearly detail out the high level design as well the detailed design requirements
  • Set up architecture components that will ensure an efficient and maintainable code base
  • Working along with our network partners to deliver on the detailed design
  • Designing checkpoints to ensure compliance with the defined architectural standards
