Latha Vishwanath Latha has rich experience spanning thirteen years in software consulting. During this tenure she has successfully essayed various roles which helped her in gaining in-depth knowledge of software engineering and project delivery. In addition to a significant role played in pre-sales for prospects across the globe, she has hands on experience in implementing software projects and has handled projects across the domains of Financial Accounting, Production Planning and Supply Chain. Sameer Phatak Sameer Phatak is the head of Technology Consulting Services in TSD. One of his core competencies is his ability to engage with customers at both technical and business level. As a technical consultant he has operated in various geographies across the globe and engaged with the customer for solutioning, technical architecture, design, performance tuning and setting up of IT roadmaps. His primary area of expertise is in Oracle and Open Source based solutions. |
Sheena Unnikrishnan Sheena Unnikrishnan is the head of Managed Services at TSD. She has more than twenty three years of rich experience in the field of Information Technology. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management and is CISA certified. Her core skills lie in understanding organizations IT requirement and sizing the right IT infrastructure solution for hardware, network, systems software and application software. Sheena has spearheaded key IT initiatives involving systems, networking, integration, IT security, business analysis and application development in various organisations. Prior to joining TSD Sheena had successful stints with Prudential ICICI, Kotak Mahindra AMC, Lotus India. |
M V Narayanan Mr. M V Narayanan (MVN is the head of process consulting group at TSD. MVN has completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras, and M.Tech in Industrial Engineering and Operational Research from IIT Kharagpur. MVN is an active member in various professional bodies holding responsible positions as National Chairman (1993-94), Chairman Board of Examinations (2003-06) and Fellow of the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering (IIIE). MVN is also a Senior Member, Institute of Industrial Engineers, USA. |
Libin Thomas Libin Thomas is the Chief Technical Architect in TSD. He holds a BTech in Naval Architecture from IIT Madras. With more than ten years of experience in the IT industry, he has played the role of lead technical architect in various projects across different verticals. Libin has extensive experience in understanding the business processes of a customer from the technical perspective and introducing technologies like workflow and BPEL for business process automation. Technology being his forte, he has been instrumental in designing applications that integrate with various access touch points such as palmtop, barcodes, micro devices, etc. |
Shrikant Khupat Shrikant Khupat is the head of delivery at TSD. Shrikant is an Enterprise IT Architect with a Bachelor in Engineering and Computer science. In his ten plus years of experience in the IT industry he has successfully designed and architected solutions for customers across the globe in Insurance and Finance verticals. His primary area of expertise is architecting solutions in Oracle and Java/ J2EE platform. His key strengths is his ability to anticipate customer requirements and ensure project completion within the fixed budget and time. A Sun Certified Enterprise Architect, he has been instrumental in designing and architecting solutions that integrate with various access touch points such as handheld devices, browser based application, etc. Prior to joining TSD Shrikant had successful stints with ICICI Lombard, IBM, Mastek Ltd. |
